Plenty of opportunity for career growth A lot of resources to bank on for learning SAP technology Investment in current hardware & software tools to develop skills Personal attention to employees' career goals and circumstances Individuals encouraged to try new tools of the trade
Cons
Certain individuals appear to have undue influence over the management (not sure if management realizes it or not) which creates an air of negativity, unfairness and distrust among the rest of the employees. Given the non-mainstream environment, the impact is much worse than the usual "office politics" one has to deal with anywhere.
