      Pros

      The leadership team and support leaders are exceptional—approachable, responsive, and always willing to help or connect you with the right person. There is a strong culture of collaboration across the organization, and the divisional leadership is outstanding. Steve, the GM, is especially notable for being down-to-earth and easy to talk to, while also challenging you to grow into a stronger, more effective leader. The reporting systems are a major strength, offering flexibility to create customized reports and access data from multiple sources with ease. The company genuinely cares about its employees, actively listens to feedback, and fosters a supportive work environment. Additionally, the unlimited PTO policy promotes a healthy work-life balance, which is both encouraged and respected.

      Cons

      While it’s great that the company provides iPhones, some devices are older (2020) models that can lag and occasionally experience performance issues. Reception may also vary in certain areas due to being on a single network.

      Pros

      I started with Snap Finance in 2019 and have had a front-row seat to its growth from under 1,000 employees to thousands today and Love every minute working here What’s stood out most isn’t just the growth, but how well the company treats its people. There’s a genuine culture of respect and dignity that you don’t find everywhere. I truly love what I do. I have the most supportive regional manager I’ve had in my entire three-decade career, and that makes a huge difference & she has made a huge impact on my personal and professional career 🥰. As a CSM, the flexibility to manage our own schedules and hit our goals in a way that works for us is something I value deeply. It creates accountability without micromanagement—and that’s rare. I can honestly say I’ve never once woken up and thought, “I don’t feel like going to work today.” 💯 This is also the longest I’ve ever stayed with a company, which says everything. Snap Finance is a great place to work—plain and simple and every day will be different!
