      Working from home is a plus

      Cons

      Management needs improvement, training is awful, not informed by your direct manager of any new changes, direct manager does hold team meetings they rely on messaging through team's chat to communicate. Don't ever try to apply for a in house position you will get an interview but will be overlooked and someone from the outside will get the job. Also, HR will ghost you afterwards and not answer your email's. They thrive themselves on internal employees moving up and advancing their career but in the end its all not true.

      Pros

      As an employee currently completing the onboarding process, my experience with Soleo Health has been positive so far. The interview process was a meeting with HR followed by an interview with management. Everyone I've met so far has been very kind and helpful in the onboarding process.

      Remote work is great. Management is great in the Specialty department.

      Call center environment and metrics.
