      Great 401(k) plan with automatic employer contributions, good health insurance and on-site clinic, nice new corporate campus in Deerfield

      Cons

      Good ol' boys club with limited career advancement, poor communication from management muddies the waters, slow to adapt despite value emphasis on continuous improvement, strange cult of personality around founding family & certain management

      The best benefits on planet earth….besides working in Europe.

      Cons

      Management has different perspectives on how we work yet I know for sure they have never done this type of work before in their lives. Play favorites. Don’t like people that are outspoken not only for themselves but the entire staff.
