ROC 3 - ROC III Spectrum Employee Review

A very authoritarian system. They deinitrly prefer the stick over the carrot. I worked for TWC when Charter took over and it was a drastic change. They moved my department and our replacements make about half of what I did. They're moving 100 mph but I don't tbink they have any real direction.
