It feels like high school all over again. The management team is so cliquish. Good luck making any upward movement unless you’re friends with anyone. No help from management either. I felt like I was drowning in my workload with no help from the higher ups. Maybe a nervous breakdown is what it takes. Thanks for the lack of staffing.
