Pros

Freedom to make your own schedule with no accountability or supervision.

Cons

This company encourages fraudulent billing and is only interested in hiring employees to bill for the maximum amount of hours they can. No training! And management is extremely unprofessional and has no genuine care for the clients being served.

They get you started quickly. The R/BT's there are nice.

Cons

Compensation is below market for the level of responsibility expected. Performance concerns are not consistently addressed through direct communication, coaching, or corrective feedback prior to termination, leaving little opportunity for dialogue, support, or improvement. Decision-making is not always transparent; cases and conclusions are sometimes formed without employee input, and monitoring can feel indirect rather than collaborative. The workplace culture lacked consistency, with noticeable favoritism in enforcement of expectations. For example, some staff were permitted extended phone use during work hours or unprofessional conduct without accountability, while others were held to different standards.
