Pros

Good people. Great for learning the industry

Cons

Let me begin by saying that working here has been at times frustrating and at other times difficult. I have been working here for a little over two years now and the atmosphere is terrible, there are several people who come to work here just to be lazy. Management is so relaxed that they simply tolerate it and refuse to correct the the situation, others come to work every day and pour their heart and soul into it. Management when Informed of people not doing their Job, brush it off and defend said employees until their last breath. Rumors in the building never Cease and if someone mentions your name more than once you are threatened to be Terminated. Management is terrified of HR employees and do not stand up for employees they manage. HR has their hands in too many pots including raises, bonuses, and pay rates, all the while hiring their own family in at rates higher than others showing favoritism. A lot of employees know how to manipulate the time they spend working the parts making percentages, which shouldn't exist, higher so that they can sit and do absolutely nothing. There is simply no organization or planning with any "Improvements" changes they make to "speed Production". Management preaches "take your time and do it right" but if your percentages drop for any reason they complain and act like you need to be re-trained (which their Improvements prove to make more difficult). Their computer systems are terribly out of date and every day there are issues with being able to do the work (and getting worse). Last but very not least, and maybe the most horrendous part of the job is the pay. This fact has been pointed out several times to them and they refuse to accept what is right in front of them. Not complaining about my own because I took a raise to come here and I make good money at least enough to stay for now even though it is well below the standard. This in retrospect places themselves way behind the standard for the amount they offer. In light of this they loose their BEST employees that have been here 5 or 6 years and all of the tribal knowledge that comes with it. Hence they have trainees training trainees, and end up leaving new employees with no help and expecting them to overexert themselves to keep up with the demand of their growing business and delve into new tasks and operations with unrealistic expectations and impractical standards with training that is scarce at best, which they are already understaffed for. They cannot keep their current employees and yet purchased 350,000 square feet of space to expand this location causing more friction between management and employees and obliterating any and all moral that is left among the people they desperately need to continue working to make the business flow. iF YOU ARE PLANNING TO BECOME AN EMPLOYEE DO NOT BRING YOUR FEELINGS TO WORK. LEARN WHAT YOU CAN FOR EXPERIENCE AND GET OUT. TAKE THE KNOWLEDGE WHERE YOU CAN USE IT FOR A COMPANY THAT CARES ABOUT ITS EMPLOYEES.

Pros

There are still many dedicated employees across the organization who care deeply about the work, customers, and results. Historically, the company benefited from strong institutional knowledge and a collaborative environment that supported operational success.

Cons

In recent years, there has been a noticeable shift in culture and organizational approach following senior leadership changes. This included significant turnover and restructuring that affected both personnel and established processes. As a result, many long-standing practices and experienced team members were replaced or deprioritized quickly, and in some cases without fully retaining institutional knowledge that previously supported efficiency and consistency. This transition has contributed to a decline in morale and trust among portions of the workforce. Communication and employee engagement have also felt more top-down, and the organization has, at times, felt more disconnected from the operational teams who execute the day-to-day work.
