      Pros

      Cannot think of any. It says I have to post a 20 word minimum. The only thing I can think of is it is an entry point for someone with no experience.

      Cons

      Do not relocate for this job. No one local will work for this company which is why they recruit you to relocate (at your own expense).

      Thanks for your feedback. We wish you had a better personal experience with STA. Relocation and being away from home and all that is familiar is very difficult in itself. I am glad for those that we have been able to successfully help relocate from other states whose mental health industry is in crisis. We've added so many talented clinicians, eager to do good work, but have struggled to find stable positions in other locales. We are glad to have them here to build upon what began in 1994. We really do with you the best, and hope you have gone on to find meaningful work that brings you fulfillment and joy.

      Pros

      Strategic does meaningful work keeping families together and helping clients achieve self-sufficiency. It is good to be a part of the mission. The Agency responds to feedback and strives to make improvements. The work environment is positive and comfortable. My manager is fair and supportive.

      Cons

      In a smaller agency like Strategic, sometimes you wear a lot of different hats at once. I guess that can also be a pro in the sense that you learn how to do a variety of things making you a more well rounded professional.

      Great opportunities for entry level clinicians. Good team support/culture Fun team events

      Cons

      Lots of focus on productivity Occasional micromanaging but if you meet expectations then none
