      Great company to start a career in the construction field. Fast pace company that was focused on growth. Great experience working with facility owners and contractors.

      Cons

      High Employee Turn-over destroyed the morale. Retirement benefits were not great.

      Pros

      Great CoWorkers, opportunity to grow and advance in the company. Great learning experience. Can work from home time to time if needed (depending on your job title).

      Cons

      A lot of work and not enough people to do the work, so multiple people have to take on many rolls feeling stretched to the max and burned out.
