Pros

Tests your limits when it comes to your ability to work around ambiguity and sudden changes (for better or worse). This is a place that will force you to grow if you stick through it. I will say that your experience will largely depend on which school you're placed in.

Cons

1. High workload Large volume of responsibilities with frequent competing priorities. Can be difficult to maintain work-life balance during busy assessment periods. 2. Fast-paced and reactive environment Priorities can change quickly. Last-minute requests and urgent issues are common. 3. Limited training in some areas Employees may need to learn processes independently and become productive quickly. 4. Heavy stakeholder management Requires constant follow-up and coordination with multiple teams. Success often depends on getting timely responses from others.
