Cons
Many passive aggressive personalities, likely due to the high stress environment (High service demand and difficulty recruiting enough experienced talent to keep up with it). Top leadership is extremely intrusive in wanting to keep an eye on employees thoughts and actions, fostering an environment where everyone tells everyone everything about their colleagues. Nobody could say a word about leadership without the CEO finding out. I'm also pretty sure emails were monitored....It amazed me how much the CEO knew. I'm guessing some of this is natural paranoia in the cut throat world of consulting firms where trade secrets, consultants and clients can be swiped at any time.
