Administration doesn’t listen, they are quick to throw staff under the bus to cover their own butt on issues, little communication, over worked, under paid, little teamwork, what use to be called “family” is now corporate based and only about Buisness and how much money they can get from people. The facility is corrupt and is slowly killing their employees. Threatens to fire employees for speaking up and not willing to work with employees scheduling. High turn over rate due to all this. Very toxic working atmosphere. Overpriced medical benefit. Always short staffed. Poor training.
