Pros
The LPNs are great! They are very helpful even when they have such a tough job already. Of course, you'll have a one here or there that is awful, but overall they're good people. The residents are generally the same as the LPNs. Some you will love abundantly while others will curse you out and physically fight you. The pay isn't great, but it's better than a lot of other places in the area. They give all the employees turkeys during Thanksgiving and holiday pay but only for Christmas Day.
Cons
It's hit or miss for CNAs. Some are helpful yet not so friendly, some friendly yet not helpful, some are all good, some are all bad. It's a mixed bag. YOU WILL HAVE A LOT OF CALL OUTS WITHOUT ANYONE TO REPLACE THEM, SO A LOT OF THE WORK WILL BE ON YOU! The worst part might be the higher ups. They seem almost too nice, but once you talk with the workers and discover the nerve of them and what they put their employees through, you soon discover they are not what they seem.
