      Pros

      Really friendly co-workers who care about the mission. 100% remote work. Work-life balance is supported. Like most startups you have the freedom to try new things. Senior leadership has gotten better about strategy and planning. Mid level management really cares about their teams but senior leadership serves their self interest, unfortunately.

      Cons

      Pay below market but it's education, what do you expect? 401k but no match. Random surprise firings have people on edge. Culture has gotten extremely hierarchical.

      Just like the other review, I noticed that around march/ April they dropped the pay significantly?? Some requests are even below minimum wage and I’m confused why they’re even allowing that to happen. I just don’t understand what happened to them I did also have some negative run ins with staffing at some of the school and unfortunately swing will always take their side no matter what. I learned to just escalate the issues to the school district/ superintendents.
