Terrible company - Bartender TC Restaurant Group Employee Review

Scheduling depends on 100% favoritism. One of the most strict companies to work for when it comes to their rules. The own 8 bars in Nashville, yet all the policies are different at each location. If you do the slightest thing wrong your schedule will reflect for months. The turn over rate is at an all time high and the moral is at an all time low. They do not value any employee. Very toxic work environment! There’s no positive reinforcement you will only be told what you do wrong. Managers are very passive aggressive when addressing issues. I have been with this company for many years and I’ve yet to meet someone that’s happy working here. They only stay for the money.
