      Pros

      Had the opportunity to make a real impact on the community alongside a few people who were truly passionate about making a difference.

      Cons

      Very little respect for marketing from inside station to company-at-large -- our team always blamed when ratings were lower than expected. Station leaders also flirted with conflict of interest by taking meetings with community organizations instead of running hard news stories that focused on them. And the new CEO, who has no background in journalism, tried running the organization like a Temu Elon Musk.

      Pros

      Work was pretty easy most days unless we get a special report or games run long. Co-workers are cool and personable. Most of management is cool and compassionate. Company looks great on a resume.

      Cons

      Feel like we werent properly compensated for the amount of work we were responsible for. Seems like no type of upward mobility. Whatever shift they put you on is where you will be.
