      Top pay is good, getting paid every week is nice

      Cons

      UPS freight had a pension, Tforce will do away with the pension at the end of the contract in 2023.

      The compensation structure is pretty good

      Cons

      Benefits are bad and expensive, and employee morale was rough. Work-life balance was pretty terrible, and opportunities for advancement were continuing to be cut.
