Pros

Working at TTEC Digital for the past three months has been a valuable learning experience. The organization provides good exposure to modern digital and cloud-based technologies, especially for professionals at the early stage of their careers. The team culture is supportive, and colleagues are approachable and willing to help, which makes onboarding smooth. Training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities help build both technical and consulting skills. Overall, TTEC Digital is a good place to learn, upskill, and gain hands-on experience in a structured consulting environment.

Cons

As the organization works with advanced technologies and global clients, the learning curve can be steep for new joiners, especially during the initial months. However, this also encourages continuous learning and helps in building strong technical and consulting skills over time.

Pros

There are pockets of genuine talent and dedication across teams. Some individuals strive to deliver quality work despite systemic challenges.

Cons

Leadership seems focused more on money than on people. Fear, favoritism, and displeasure framed as “coaching” by some in leadership often take the place of real support, so following orders and conformity take precedence. Many managers don’t seem very experienced, which leads to weaker hiring and uneven processes. It doesn’t feel safe to speak up, and surveys that claim to be anonymous don’t really feel that way, so employees hold back. Some workers get obvious special treatment, while others lose trust and status quickly if they don’t go along. New hires often come from places with the same problems, which only makes things worse. In the end, it feels like the same story seen at many consulting firms: control and compliance are rewarded, while trust, safety, and real teamwork are fraught with risk and politics.
