Pros

The executive and c-suite have really shifted the culture of the whole system in a good way. They have put so much emphasis making team members feel supported and trained leadership consistently. As a result, most departments feel pretty well supported.

Cons

The organization is growing so big that some ppl/depts get lost in the shuffle. You really have to advocate for yourself and your needs. Limited leadership opportunities within psychology due to the preference toward RNs to carry many leadership positions.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on Glassdoor! We recognize that as the organization continues to grow, it can sometimes feel more challenging for individuals or departments to feel visible, supported, and connected to leadership opportunities. We appreciate your honesty and understand how navigating growth and advancement can be frustrating. Leadership roles are designed based on role scope, regulatory requirements, and organizational needs, however, our intent is always to ensure development opportunities are accessible and communicated as clearly as possible. Feedback like this helps to identify where gaps may exist and allows us to focus our attention where needed!

Pros

Job security. Full time is 3 twelve hour shifts a week, rotating weekends.

Cons

Unfriendly coworkers. Pressure to always take on more tasks/always do better never a thank you or recognition for how you have already handled a massive load of work. High patient to staff ratio with no flexibility of evening out the ratio. Unsafe staffing. Any time you take earned PTO for any reason you will be scolded.
