Pros

Job security. Full time is 3 twelve hour shifts a week, rotating weekends.

Cons

Unfriendly coworkers. Pressure to always take on more tasks/always do better never a thank you or recognition for how you have already handled a massive load of work. High patient to staff ratio with no flexibility of evening out the ratio. Unsafe staffing. Any time you take earned PTO for any reason you will be scolded.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on Glassdoor. We truly appreciate your insights and your recognition of the important work being done within our Rehabilitative Services teams. During a recent Team Member Communications Forum, our CEO, John Couris, gave an Item of Quality to our Rehab team, recognizing their interdisciplinary approach and the positive impact it has on patient care. It is this type of innovation and collaboration that continues to drive TGH’s growth and momentum. As our organization continues to expand, we recognize that this growth can also create challenges, including increased demand for on-site parking. We understand the impact this may have on team members and remain committed to exploring solutions that improve accessibility and the overall team member experience.
