Builds character, thickens your skin, and I guarantee you will never take a decent position at a decent organization for granted again after spending a few years in a position here.
Cons
Worst management, worst pay, worst work conditions, ridiculously corrupt HR department, and THE worst patients in all of Tampa by far. This place will drive even the best, most hardworking, mentally stable employee to the brink of insanity. You can find employees there having breakdowns, crying, threatening to walk off daily.
