      Educational opportunities and support, great health benefits, time off accrual rate.

      Cons

      Poor work-life balance, senior leadership supports team members at a “superficial” level, advancement is based on popularity, senior leadership doesn’t really care what people have to say about their experience within the department. Long hours and long days with no personal boundaries. Thankless work.

      Supportive coworkers, great administration, positive and professional work environment.

      Parking could be better. I understand space is limited.

      Pros

      Job security. Full time is 3 twelve hour shifts a week, rotating weekends.

      Cons

      Unfriendly coworkers. Pressure to always take on more tasks/always do better never a thank you or recognition for how you have already handled a massive load of work. High patient to staff ratio with no flexibility of evening out the ratio. Unsafe staffing. Any time you take earned PTO for any reason you will be scolded.
