Pros

I temped at TeamSoft for a few weeks. From an outsider's perspective, they really care about their Contractors. The culture is very friendly and professional, and it seemed like staff were genuinely interested in getting to know me even though I wasn't going to be there for long. Not very hierarchical, in a good way.

Cons

There is a learning curve to their phone management system and sometimes lead staff are hard to get in touch with.

They will pay for certifications for candidates already employed by them.

Cons

Once a contract is over, you will be forgotten and dropped. First come first serve type of relationship
