      Some of the people are cool.

      Cons

      Job description doesn’t match what you’re actually going to do. Management is a joke and they will tell you that you’re not allowed to do something while they’re currently doing it. Training is a joke.

      Pros

      Flexibility is good. You do many different things, foreman will labor, and good laborers get time to operate. Met some of the best people here.

      Cons

      The field guys will treat you your worth. Lot of respect between myself and foreman. Management has no problem disposing of the laborers. Even with recommendations from multiple foreman, I am unable to get ahead. Unless your boot licking, you'll stay down. This is coming from the lowest paid field member in the state of wisconsin.
