Pros
The health care plans are not too bad. Not a bad place to work provided that you value stability over ambition.
Cons
Every single employee is overworked and feels like the work they do is unappreciated. The company continually cuts workforce while expecting to maintain the same level of productivity. Vacation benefits would be good if it weren't for the fact that there are shutdowns where you are either forced to use your PTO or go unpaid ranging from 2-5 days a year. The benefits are generally being eroded almost yearly in the reduction of payed holidays and cost for offered benefits. Many safety measure are only put into place as a means of not being sued including the handling of COVID.
