Not a great place to work - Anonymous employee Teradyne Employee Review

No real innovations in recent years, staled working environment. Management think that anyone can be replaced, and employees don't have much say as what they want to work on. Company only hires full-timers over-sea at low cost regions. Doesn't value employees, give out minimum raises. Company full of discouraged employees, not a happy working place. No one is excited comes to work, everyone puts in minimum efforts only. The benefits of this company has also been diminishing.
