Pros
Employee Insurance, $0 if you do not smoke. For just spouse, roughly $600 a month, however, that includes 20 something massages a year, acupuncture, 24 Chiro appointments, 60 PT visits, all at no cost. We pay nothing when we go see the regular doctor and $30 for a specialist.
The home office environment is very collaborative for the most part. There is some separation between CFT's and home office support staff at times, but not much.
Tuition assistance is also $5400/year after 1yr of employment and they offer financial advising and assistance for certain situations. So many amazing programs are in place to help their employees grow and thrive.
Cons
There are some leadership issues that need to be ironed out with there being a "good old boys" club, but it's actively being worked through.
Some CFT's are cheap with how much they're willing to pay their employees in comparison to the same role on another team.
