Pros

The hospital mission is great PTO is very generous Location, location, location! The Medical Center is centrally located. Free parking in some buildings

Cons

Complacency on the part of "lifers," and they get away with it HR always backs up Management, even when they're wrong Favoritism; if Mark Wallace likes you, you will go from Director to Senior VP in 2-3 years flat. If you tick Mark Wallace off, you will be tossed out like garbage. Lack of diversity in executive leadership. 3% increase. Leadership is expected to give all employees the same 3% increase regardless of their performance. I hated doing that! I had a great job but the minute I got a new direction who had an agenda, my 8 years of exemplary performance was completely ignored. HR is really AWFUL, which is why they have such high turnover.
