      Good benefits, pension plan, employee engagement surveys and actions plans based on feedback

      Cons

      As a manager, I have little power when it comes to holding people accountable. I have concerns that the HR department makes decisions based on reducing risk for lawsuits rather than being consistent with enforcing policies.

      Decent benefits Great PTO If you have their insurance you can deliver at the hospital for free Only work 3 12 hours shifts Make your own schedule

      Favoritism when it comes to management Not everyone is a team player PCA's do a lot of the grunt work without help Expected to do a lot of tasks outside of my job responsibilities way too often.
