      I absolutely love working for Texas health after working for other hospital systems in the area. The energy feels different and you can tell people believe in what they do.

      Pros

      The bonuses we received 4 times a year were nice. The company has tuition assistance.

      Cons

      Always short staffed. Management doesn't allow overtime. However if they need you to come in on a day off, you will just have a day off during the workweek. They don't follow hospital policy when it comes to low census.
