Toxic environment with favoritism and harassment - Server Texas Roadhouse Employee Review

PLENTY of cons here. This location is extremely toxic. The veteran servers have nasty, condescending attitudes toward anyone new and treat you like garbage unless you've been there for a long time or they already know you. Management is just as bad,blatant favoritism toward long-timers while new hires get constantly micromanaged, harassed over small mistakes, and held to unrealistic timing standards. Multiple people hired around the same time as me already quit because of how poorly they were treated. The whole environment is cliquey and unwelcoming. If you're new, they will make your life miserable. Stay far away.
