Little loyalty to employees, and not much encouragement for giving feedback, if it's at odds with proposals by higher-ups. Generally, in this kind of work, at other places, a variety of opinions is solicited, either because you want to reach a mass audience outside the building or you recognize that you have a smart, curious and engaged workforce inside the building. Not so much here.
