Pros

The pro is the money. Expensive and high volume. The only other pro is some great coworkers.

Cons

The cons. The same people get put on every private dining event. Working lunch means you get every PDR for dinner even tho you make 300-500 some lunches and you leave the dinner staff depleted and staying late nights picking up the slack. Then you can be first cut and screw over your coworkers on dinner side work without repercussions as well. The same people skip out early without doing their side work every shift. The same people do all of the work and it isn’t recognized. No auto gratuity unless contracted. For any size party. Could be 15 people walking in an hour past their reservation at 10pm and you can’t add gratuity. If they don’t tip you, you still pay out busser food runner and bar staff. Employees are drunk and high all the time. Management does not notice the drunks and looks the other way at servers coming in reeking of marijuana. Only the ones that are their favorite. Management is rude and crass under pressure. Management talks about employees with other employees. Host stand is a mess. New sales manager thinks they are doing a great job. Every server knows that to be untrue. Management at times focuses on all of the wrong things and doesn’t notice half the stuff that is going on.
