Pros

Good pay structure, great staff outside of upper management

Cons

I've worked for this company for several years and here is my personal opinion. The upper management in this company is terrible. It promotes a culture of favoritism, nepotism, and shame. Promotions are given based on personal connections, rather than any kind of merit. I personally witnessed an objectively great employee (record setting performance) leave due to the frustration of being denied for every promotion that they applied for. There are many other examples I could use, but I won't for the sake of the privacy of the people involved. Now if you're not a part of the "in crew"...in other words, if you're not friendly with those above you in rank, then you will be cited and demeaned at every opportunity. Some people are constantly threatened with being sent home or even their jobs for being a couple of minutes late, or wearing a hat (when in and out of the showroom in below freezing temperatures...seriously,) while others stroll in whenever they feel like and wear whatever they want. It's very blatant. Senior members of the staff who have given this company decades of their life are oftentimes made fun of and bullied for no other reason than their mannerisms, i.e. the way they walk, the way they eat, the way they talk, etc. The bullying almost exclusively comes from the top. It's an extremely toxic environment in a field that's already stressful by nature so if you're looking for a company that you can work for long-term then I would stay far away.
