I went to a happy hour after work a few months ago. I ended up leaving early because I was so uncomfortable listening to gossip about various different people in the company. I heard things about people that I wish I could unhear.
Let me reiterate: the HR department openly discusses the private information of other people in the company.
As an employee, if you have personal issues DO NOT disclose them to this ATG Stores human resources department.
Needless to say I won't be attending any more happy hours (there probably won't be anymore since the company culture is dead).
