      Pros

      Every day is different and exciting. The clients we are able to work with, brainstorm creativity, and execute cool swag items is an amazing feeling every day. The people at Recon are the best people I have ever worked with. Quality individuals that make every day fun and exciting.

      Cons

      It can be hard to remain in a singular process due to the complexities and rushes we deal with on behalf of our clients. It can get stressful (and a little overwhelming) at times but collaboration and leaning on other Co-worker’s past experience definitely helps.

      Pros

      You were never Micromanage while working there. Fun environment until the owner of the company let certain people influence him.

      Cons

      Dynamic of company changed when boss gave power to coworkers who completely fooled him with their importance within company Owner never was there but collected all the money while others did all the work Fired one employee/partner after the guy closed a huge account. Another was fired after he was hurt on the job and another worker was fired after asking to get help with a personal problem. When he asked the owner gave him a month to leave and tried saying the worker quit so he could t collect unemployment or a severance.
