      I was made an offer with a decent starting salary

      These people have no idea what they are doing. It's a complete dysfunctional and unorganized mess. I'm shocked that they continue to stay in business. Owner is hardly present. Gets other to do his bidding. They have been know to hire multiple people to fill a single spot and then after a little while let go of the other people. It was a complete waist of my time to start at this company.

      Pros

      Every day is different and exciting. The clients we are able to work with, brainstorm creativity, and execute cool swag items is an amazing feeling every day. The people at Recon are the best people I have ever worked with. Quality individuals that make every day fun and exciting.

      Cons

      It can be hard to remain in a singular process due to the complexities and rushes we deal with on behalf of our clients. It can get stressful (and a little overwhelming) at times but collaboration and leaning on other Co-worker’s past experience definitely helps.
