My role’s scope, focus and resources shifted significantly after onboarding, and it no longer matches what was presented during the hiring process. "Unlimited PTO" is impossible to utilize in this culture as every season is "busy season". Even federal holidays are treated as inconveniences to work getting done. Healthcare HSA premiums are covered by the company and frequent company contributions are made to employee HSA accounts. In contrast, what you get charged for visits under Aetna is out of this world.
