Over the past few years, I've seen a lot of intentional investment in training, onboarding, and career development. Programs like our internal training initiative, structured onboarding, and other projects that show that leadership is committed to helping employees succeed and grow. The teams in production are hardworking, and people truly care about each other and the product we create. You won’t find a company that’s perfect, but Tiara is constantly trying to improve in the pursuit to be.
Cons
As with many manufacturing environments, change can be slow and met with resistance especially when it comes to modernizing training or systems. Some managers are more open to change than others, and navigating that inconsistency can be a challenge. Communication between departments could be tighter, and occasionally, decisions are made at the top without fully understanding floor-level impact. But if you speak up respectfully and back your ideas with data, you’ll usually be heard.
