The pay is decent although, i took a 33,ooo dollar cut in pay

They don't seem to have any idea how to do a competitive analysis. The projection for my site was 700-800 cars a day. we did 650 every 2 weeks. My pay was largely based on volume and we didnt have any volume. THey screwed up on 2 marketing attempts. they expect you to be on site 47 hours a week (no biggie) but they also expect you to do outside sales. Since the volume wasnt there I took the fall.
