Manager does not know what he is doing leaves all the time goes to bars. Lies. Unprofessional relationships. You are on your feet all day in one spot with no breaks, no chairs, no break room, restroom breaks are hard to get and must be less than five minutes or the corporate office will flag you. Micromanaging at its finest.
