      A place you could just sit for a while

      Cons

      Upper management (especially ceo) is out of touch. Self dealing to enrich themselves and friends over the good of the business. DDN bought Tintri but hasn't really invested in it. Keep just enough development so they can try to sell it and it doesn't look like abandon-ware.

      Great work environment, Awesome management, Career, job, and skills growth, Not too automated, Great PTO and Benefits, Cool work laptops, Fair salary options, Nice co-workers will turn into family.

      Cons

      Safety hazards, not-too-clear communication from outsourced hires, sometimes heavy work loads, team/platform budgets sometimes have to continue begging.
