Pros
It is true they get you home when you want and you can stay home as long as you want.
Cons
When they do get you home as you requested it takes three or four more days past year day that you want to come out for them to find you a load. You have to remove everything from the truck you are using and you have to move into a different truck every time you go back out. The medical insurance is the bare minimum that the law will allow
