Pros

They offered great home time. Joe L. Was one of the best persons to work with.

Cons

Started forced dispatch and super short loads. Other drivers are rude and inconsiderate. Slip seat is just unacceptable, unsanitary and once got a truck full of bed bugs. I was accused of damaging a truck and they put it on my DAC report as an accident. They will get rid of you with a drop of a hat.

Pros

TNI makes you feel at-home. The comrade among everyone within our department and the relationship between departments is something I’ve never been able to see with a company before. TNI offers flexibility.

Cons

TNI does not offer HSA.

Pros

Running lanes seem ok to drivers

Cons

Do not work there, but want to write a review from talking to drivers. They slip-seat which is on of the most disappointing features of a trucking job. No driver likes to take everything out of a truck every week! Also, they pay is way low for today's industry standards (should be at least .65 per mile). The company replies here thanking drivers for reviews and statements, but I don't read anywhere where they are going to correct any deficiencies or issues drives have. Thank you for the review is good but drivers want action, not just words. Does management ever stop and have a meeting on how to improve things for drivers. Insurance is necessity today (real insurance) and if this company looked into it-it could be a real help in recruitment/retaining drivers.
