      Free membership and flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Pretty clicky vibe. If you're not in their "circle" then you probably won't last for very long. The company runs completely as a fitness gym with very little support or direction on the martial arts (MMA) side of things. Benefits and compensation are subpar/below standard

      Pros

      Flexible hours, chill job most of the time especially during ending of the year.

      Cons

      Toxic management, favoritism, kind of like high school "clique culture" within all departments. Never shows appreciation even if you work hard. Busy and understaffed especially during summer time.
