Great place with great people who are all pulling toward a common goal of bringing therapies to market that will change people's lives

Cons

For a small company, decisions can take a while to make because everyone wants to be involved, and most people in centralized roles work across all of the different brands within the company.

Pros

As Organization very good, a lot of things to learn if you were Starter to Mid range experience. Colleagues, some managers are really nice and co-operative makes us to improve ourselves.

Cons

Constant lay offs. To many senior leads Positions which really don't have the real work for them not sure how organization estimating their contribution to the organization and having these many. Had very bad experience in last 6 months of work here. A team lead caused extremely hostile environment. Constant insulting, rude, belittle, derogatory, disparging,and condensending feedbacks. Micro managing and no trust on the team will really create a problematic work environment. And team members really don't have the opportunity to say any thing because of the way lead talks ( this incident about one lead only). Organization should train these leads how to treat employees / team/ subordinates respectfully to protect and retain the good talent. Ofcourse there is always chances of mistakes happens occasionally. But these incidents we faced are pure hostile and insulting
