Pros
(when I first started) - market competitive wage (but denied any raises later no matter performance or tenure or work load) - offered benefits (but only after probationary period) - at first seemed like a nice working environment, issue-free, professional, nice team members - I honestly cannot remember much more since what followed the first few months completely overwrote anything else positive
Cons
- no work-home life balance - good luck finding proper time to train - you have little to no support - revolving door with poor management - condescending management - you will be expected to do the work of 5 people - no chance for growth and no opportunities no matter how hard you will try to work, and no matter the seeming praise from others - very volatile working environment - a lot of company culture issues that don’t get resolved, no matter how many HR meetings are reluctantly done by HR leads - does not handle any feedback well and does not seem to many any meaningful changes - only focused on profits, not patient - focused
