The company fosters an outstanding work culture, with supportive colleagues and a management team that genuinely prioritizes employee well-being. I’ve had the opportunity to contribute to challenging and rewarding projects, and I’ve also gained valuable insights from the top to my team members. Additionally, the company offers great benefits, further enhancing the overall experience. I would definetly recommend United Dental Partners to anyone seeking a great place to work on the Healthcare field.

An extremely supportive team who reflects passion, urgency, responsibility, pride, & collaboration. Working in this company you will have every opportunity to grow through trainings, career advancement, & expanding your dental knowledge. The support from the leadership team is unmeasurable. Every department is connected to you starting from the top. The CEO, CFO, & COO are actively involved in each offices success on a daily basis. UDP truly shows they care about you, the involvement with weekly check ins, or the RCM team being available whenever you need them, credentialing team that helps the doctors get started right away, compliance team with support and trainings to ensure the office is keeping safe for not only patients but also employees, the Facilities team that does their best to attend to the office needs within a timely fashion, the call center that helps lift the load when it gets a bit hectic, the insurance verification team that keeps the entire company 1 step ahead, The IT team that continues to make sure we are running on all cylinders. Last but not least, the orientation team that begins your journey to an exciting adventure. This company is by far average. We are a family here with everyone doing their part to ensure a successful positive patient/employee experience. Just in case you don't know. Who are we? UDP!!!
