Horrible Handling of Return to Office - Anonymous employee Universal Music Group Employee Review

UMG management is all about controlling its employees. They are forcing employees back in the office for no reason other than to play big brother. They constantly change policies and treat their employees horribly but pretend they care about “well-being”. Employees want more flexibility in work from home and UMG is not allowing that because of their outdated old school leadership. They won’t notice how bad it is until all their employees leave for better companies with better pay.
